Hi, I’m James — the face behind >techZero. I’m a southern suburbs–based family man in Adelaide with a passion for making technology simple, secure, and approachable.

After nearly two decades in leadership and operations, I decided to follow my love for tech by starting a part-time IT support business and completing my Certificate IV in Cybersecurity. My goal? To help people and small businesses feel confident and in control of their technology — whether it’s troubleshooting devices, setting up smart home systems, or offering straightforward cybersecurity solutions.

When I’m not solving tech headaches, I like to unwind with my other interests — family, astrophotography, gaming, and hiking. I believe in balance: keeping life secure, connected, and just a little bit adventurous.
